These terms are an agreement between you and INNOSOFT SOLUTIONS SRL, the company that operates Taaraji, about using taaraji.com. By using Taaraji you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
Taaraji is for entertainment purposes only. It makes Vedic astrology kundlis, Kundli Milan scores, chat readings and written reports, following the traditional rules of Vedic astrology.
Chat answers and reports are generated by artificial intelligence from your kundli. They are not written by a human astrologer. See our privacy policy for how this works.
Readings and reports are not facts or predictions. We make no claim that they are accurate or that anything they describe will happen, and we don't promise any result.
Nothing on Taaraji is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. Please don't base decisions about your health, money, marriage or safety on a reading.
We don't sell prayers, pujas, rituals, gemstones or spiritual counselling.
You must be 18 or older to sign in or pay. Keep access to your email safe, because sign-in codes are sent there. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Only enter someone else's birth details, for example a partner's for Kundli Milan, if you have their permission.
Our refund and cancellation policy is part of these terms.
Please don't misuse the service: no automated access or scraping, no attempts to get around limits or payments, no content that is illegal, hateful or meant to harm someone, and no use of readings to pressure or frighten other people.
We may limit or close accounts that break these rules. If we close an account without a breach on your side, we refund unused paid credits.

The site, its design and its texts belong to us. Your kundlis, readings and reports are for your personal use, and you're welcome to share them with family and friends.
You keep the rights to what you write to us. You allow us to use it to provide the service to you.
Place names and coordinates come from GeoNames, used under the CC BY 4.0 licence.
We work to keep Taaraji accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Calculations depend on the birth details you enter.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make on the basis of a reading. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. This doesn't take away the consumer protections of the country where you live, and you can also bring a claim in the courts there.
We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and for important changes we tell you before they apply. If you keep using Taaraji after a change, the new terms apply.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can write to our Grievance Officer, Taaraji at the same address. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
